Celebrate the symbolic first harvest of the season as we gather together in community for Lughnasa at The Hive!
Lughnasa (pronounced LOO-nah-sah, also known as Lammas) marks the beginning of the harvest season. It is a time to cultivate gratitude for both the tangible and energetic resources that sustain us, as well as soak in the rays of the sun at the end of the summer season. To honor this turning in the wheel of the year, we'll create an altar, engage in a gratitude meditation, and craft corn husk sunburst decorations.
Expect to tune into the energy of this powerful moment in the cycle of the seasons, connect with others, and learn about the culture and traditions of this magical holiday.
Bread, hummus, and herbal tea will be served.
Bring a cushion to sit on or opt for a provided chair.
