Flow into rest in dreamy candlelight as the sun goes down at the Fogwood Gardens Yurt in Arrowsic.

In this special Sunday evening session, you’ll have a chance to rest and reset for the week ahead as you flow through gentle movements before landing in restorative poses. Your practice will be supported by (optional) hands-on assist, essential oils, the glow of calming candlelight, and the sounds of nature surrounding the yurt on this beautiful flower farm.

Directions to the yurt will be shared after registration.

Meet Your Teacher:

Maya Rook is a certified yoga instructor with nearly 30 years of meditation experience. She received her 200-RYT in 2019 and completed additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga with Seniors. Maya is passionate about making meditation and yoga practices accessible to everyone, breaking through misconceptions about mindfulness, and helping people connect with the present moment through breath and movement. Participants have described her approach to yoga as nurturing, magical, and easeful.
